Welcome to Dawlati, an online hiring platform connecting Emirati talent with employers. By accessing or using Dawlati's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. By accessing or using Dawlati's services, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

1.1. Dawlati ("we," "us," "our") is operated by [Your Company Name], a company registered in the UAE under License Number [Insert License Number], located at [Insert Address].
1.2. These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services ("Services").
1.3. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2. Definitions

Jobseeker: An individual seeking employment opportunities through Dawlati.
Employer: A company or individual using Dawlati to post job openings or search for candidates.
Account: A unique profile created by a Jobseeker or an Employer on Dawlati to access its Services.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use Dawlati, you must create an Account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Services

4.1. Dawlati provides a platform to facilitate job matching based on skills, experience, and preferences.

4.2. Prohibited Activities:

• Posting false or misleading information.
• Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Using the platform for purposes other than lawful recruitment or job-seeking.

5. Employer Obligations

5.1. Employers must ensure job postings are accurate, lawful, and free from discriminatory language.
5.2. Employers must comply with UAE labor laws and ensure all recruitment practices meet legal standards.
5.3. Dawlati is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of Employer-provided information and reserves the right at any time, without warning, and without compensation therefore, to exclude from further use of this platform any Employer who in Dawlati's sole opinion has violated Sections 5.1 or 5.2 above.

6. Jobseeker Obligations

6.1. Jobseekers must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and applications.
6.2. Jobseekers are prohibited from submitting fraudulent credentials or misleading employers.
6.3. Dawlati does not guarantee job placements or specific employment outcomes and reserves the right at any time, without warning, and without compensation therefore, to exclude from further use of this platform any Jobseeker who in Dawlati's sole opinion has violated Sections 6.1 or 6.2 above.

7. Fees and Payments

7.1. Dawlati offers free and premium services for Jobseekers and Employers. Specific terms for paid services are provided at the time of purchase.
7.2. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Dawlati collects and processes personal data in accordance with UAE Data Protection Law and our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.Dawlati.ae or on request and is subject to change at our discretion.
8.2. Users must ensure that they are entitled to provide any personal data disclosed to us or via the platform and agree that their data may be used for purposes related to the platform's functionality, including job matching and analytics, or for any other purpose provided for by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Dawlati and its content, including logos, designs, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Dawlati's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
9.3. All users, by consenting to use the Dawlati platform or any of Dawlati's services, hereby confirm that any material they have uploaded or provided to the Dawlati platform contains no material that infringes the intellectual property of any third party and hereby indemnify Dawlati against any claims for infringement brought by any such third party.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

10.1. Dawlati provides its Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and Dawlati shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or economic loss or damage including any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of business.

• Errors or omissions in job postings or profiles.
• Employment decisions made by Employers or Jobseekers, or any damages to Employers and/or Jobseekers that may result from such employment decisions.
• Technical interruptions, loss of data or impact of viruses.
• Any claims by third-parties against Employers and/or Jobseekers arising out of their wrongful use of the Dawlati platform.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Dawlati against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform, performance of the Services or breach of these Terms, including any costs to defend against any third-party claims brought or threatened to be brought in court or similar tribunal. For the avoidance of doubt, this indemnification includes the right of subrogation, cross-claim, countersuit, or similar procedural relief as necessary to give effect to this indemnification.

12. Termination

12.1. Dawlati, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove content and/or suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms. In cases where such violations result in account deactivation, users will not be entitled to a refund for any paid services.
12.2. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting Dawlati support. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of paid services unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes or claims shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of the Emirate of Dubai. For the avoidance of doubt, Users submit to any service of process issued by said Court.

14. Amendments

Dawlati reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
